Pro Football Focus' 53-man roster prediction for the Los Angeles Rams – Turf Show Times

As we enter the fourth and final game of the preseason tonight, Pro Football Focus have released roster predictions for all 32 NFL teams. Their idea of who might not make the Los Angeles Rams’ roster, and who might just squeeze by may shock you.

Take a look:

Potential surprise cut: WR Josh Reynolds

Just making the cut: G Aaron Neary, WR KhaDarel Hodge, DI Ethan Westbrooks, S Nate Holley

The Rams’ undrafted rookie wide receiver in Hodge may have played well enough this preseason for Los Angeles to pull the plug on 2017 fourth-round pick Reynolds. Hodge has earned the highest receiving grade of any receiver in LA and flashed big-play potential, while Reynolds has battled injuries.

In addition to Hodge, another rookie playing his way to a spot on the Rams’ 53-man roster on is Holley. The former Kent State product has earned an 83.9 overall grade and the top-ranked special teams grade through three preseason games.

That would be quite a shocker. Hodge has done a fantastic job in the preseason and in my opinion has worked his way onto the roster, but I believe it’d be at the expense of WR Mike Thomas, and not the fourth-round selection that is Josh Reynolds.

Westbrooks is the most likely player in the “just made the cut” department to stick as he’s always shown flashes of solid play.

Undrafted free agents Aaron Neary and Nate Holley would be surprises, though they both have a shot to prove their worth tonight.
