Moving on with the post-draft blues, the duo of Mike Renner and Steve Palazzolo over at Pro Football Focus recap’d the Los Angeles Rams’ draft coup in the 2019 NFL Draft in a video:

The duo touches on a multitude of topics ranging from S Taylor Rapp and what his best role/use will be within Defensive Coordinator Wade Phillips’ defense, how the transition for RB Darrell Henderson will be in Head Coach Sean McVay’s outside-zone scheme, and one of the biggest steals in the draft, CB David Long.
Rapp was mentioned as a nickel linebacker, and that may be his role to start with the duo of John Johnson III and Eric Weddle already on the roster.
Long was a borderline first-round talent on the PFF board, so they obviously loved this move, particularly because he wont be relied upon to start (sounding familiar?).
They also mention that Bobby Evans could have been drafted higher had he stayed on the right side as opposed to the left side, though the transition can be a struggle for many guys, even superstars like LT Tyron Smith of the Dallas Cowboys.
