Pharoh Cooper hurts ankle, McVay scrambles for replacement I ESPN
For those that missed it, when Pharoh Cooper limped down the tunnel of the Oakland-Alameda Coliseum, it was due to a severely sprained ankle. Head Coach Sean McVay has now acknowledged that Cooper will be out for at least several weeks and that he has not yet decided on who will take over Cooper’s return duties. Wide receiver Michael Thomas will not be an option having sustained a groin injury while playing special teams against Oakland.

Cardinals tackle Andre Smith injures elbow against Washington I Cards Wire
The Rams will take on the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday in an NFC West showdown. The Cards are already without the services of center A.Q. Shipley who will be out for the season with a torn ACL, and now right tackle Andre Smith’s health will be in question for this weeks game. Smith left the Cardinals game against the Redskins over the weekend with an elbow injury. He is set to have an MRI to determine the damage.
