Taylor Decker caught a touchdown pass on Sunday.
No, that’s not a typo.
Decker, the Detroit Lions’ 6-foot-7, 311-pound left tackle, hauled in a play-action lob from Matthew Stafford during Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams at Ford Field, then ran into the end zone untouched for an 11-yard score.
It fooled everyone.
The touchdown, which marked Decker’s first points in his NFL career, cut the Lions’ deficit to 16-13 late in the third quarter.
