With the release date nearing, the EA Sports NFL Madden 20 team have dropped their full database of player rankings, after previously only releasing their four 99 overall players.
Looking at the Los Angeles Rams, not many players come as a surprise. Here’s the top-15 rated players on the team:
DE Aaron Donald, 99 overall
RB Todd Gurley, 97 overall
LT Andrew Whitworth, 93 overall
WR Brandin Cooks, 87 overall
CB Aqib Talib, 87 overall
WR Robert Woods, 87 overall
P Johnny Hekker, 86 overall
SS John Johnson III, 85 overall
LE Michael Brockers, 84 overall
CB Nickell Robey-Coleman, 84 overall
WR Cooper Kupp, 84 overall
QB Jared Goff, 83 overall
RT Rob Havenstein, 82 overall
CB Marcus Peters, 82 overall
RG Austin Blythe, 81 overall
The biggest surprises are newly signed FS Eric Weddle only coming in at 81 overall, and ILB Cory Littleton receiving a 75 overall grade. Both grades seem low, especially when compared to a subpar player like EDGE Samson Ebukam receiving an overall grade of 80.
Other newly added Rams:
EDGE Clay Matthews, 78 overall
QB Blake Bortles, 69 overall
Madden players, get ready. Releasing the ratings for the new Madden is always one of the steps towards the NFL season nearing.
