The football world is mourning the loss of Green Bay Packers great and Hall of Fame quarterback Bart Starr, who died Sunday at the age of 85.
Below is a selection of the outpouring of love for the legendary QB, from everyone from Aaron Rodgers, a fellow Packers great, to Troy Aikman, a fellow Hall of Fame signal-caller:
Bart Starr was the most kind, thoughtful and classiest person you could ever know. I consider myself extremely lucky to have called him friend and to have been mentioned in the same breath. Deanna and I are praying for Cherry and the Starr family. #RIPBartStarr

Bart Starr was a true gentleman and one of the kindest people I knew. I had elbow surgery following our â95 Super Bowl in Birmingham and Bart made a visit to the hospital. To this day, not sure how he even knew I was there. #ripbart

Man, this has been a tough day. Bart epitomized class in everything he did. Heâs an absolute legend and should always be remembered for who he was, not for what he played. He was so much more than a football player. #RIP https://t.co/mjY0vM0ur7
