It’s a testing three-week start to the season with two road games sandwiching the NFL’s best new rivalry between the Rams and the New Orleans Saints culminating in a Sunday Night Football matchup with the ascendant Cleveland Browns.

Thankfully, the Rams don’t have a bunch of home or away games stacked together before the bye. They’re staggered with some significant travel early on.

A big Week 5 rivalry game with the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday Night Football on the road will be a major test early on to see if the Rams can handle the short week coming out of what should be a win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Weeks 10-12 set up an interesting gauntlet coming out of the bye with a trip to play the Antonio Brown-less Pittsburgh Steelers before two home contests against the NFC North champion Chicago Bears followed by the Baltimore Ravens in the Coliseum on Monday Night Football.

And from there it’s on to a playoff push. A there-and-back against the Arizona Cardinals bookends the follow-up game against the Seahawks with a road swing against the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers. That will be an absolutely crucial two-game swing.

One note? The Rams have just one game that follows a USC Trojans home game: Week 12 when the Rams play the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football two days after USC hosts the UCLA Bruins.

So there ya go. Your 2019 Rams regular season schedule.
