Los Angeles Rams' Week 14 game against Chicago Bears flexed to Sunday Night Football – Turf Show Times

The Los Angeles Rams’ game in Week 14 against the Chicago Bears on December 9 has been flexed to primetime for Sunday Night Football.

This is good news for Rams fans, especially when you factor in the fact that the NFL flexed the Rams out of a SNF game several weeks ago with the hapless San Francisco 49ers. The Pittsburgh Steelers and Oakland Raiders had been scheduled for SNF, but the NFL must have ran the numbers and estimated that the Raiders, even with their national fanbase, weren’t as desirable of a matchup for NBC’s cherished Sunday Night Football. And with the 9-1 Rams and 6-3 Bears leading the NFC West and North, respectively, the 6-2-1 Steelers couldn’t pick up a 1-8 Raiders team that has both feet out the 2018 door and in full rebuild mode.

In other news, the NFL also flexed Week 13, moving the 49ers-Seattle Seahawks game out of the SNF slot in favor for the Los Angeles Chargers at Pittsburgh Steelers game.

This means more exposure for the first-place Rams, which means more people can see how dominating Todd Gurley and company really are.
