REPORT: DT Ndamukong Suh not expected back with LA Rams – Turf Show Times

In the least surprising news of the free agency legal tampering period, DT Ndamukong Suh is not expected to be back with the Los Angeles Rams:

Here’s the entire tidbit from NFL insider Ian Rapoport:

Per RapSheet, the Rams were disappointed with Suh’s 2018 regular season performance. Sunday’s reinvestment in Dante Fowler at $14 million created another obstacle for Suh to be re-signed. Per Rapoport, Suh wants to stay with a team on the west coast, potentially San Francisco, Seattle, or the L.A. Chargers.

No surprises here. Suh was signed last season on a one-year $14m deal after he was cut by the Miami Dolphins, though was universally seen as only a one-year rental. The most interesting part of that blurb was that the Rams weren’t pleased with Suh’s regular season performance, and it’s understandable considering how dominant Suh was in the past. In his lone season as a Ram, Suh registered 59 tackles, 4.5 sacks, four tackles-for-loss, and 19 quarterback hits.

The Rams could be entitled to a compensatory draft pick depending on how much Suh signs for.
