The LA Rams had a dalliance with the city of St. Louis, just like Pasadena native David Long also headed east to play at Michigan. But just like the Rams returned to Los Angeles, so too, will the former four-star from Loyola High.
While most videos of players being selected show the aftermath and celebration of the selectee and those in attendance with them, the Rams posted a video of a different sort. Having posted it to Twitter, we get a view of head coach Sean McVay and various assistants making the call to Long to let him know they were bringing him home with the No. 79 pick in the third-round of the NFL Draft.
